PEPSI REFRESH HERE WE GO!!!!!
Please help us get up to #1!!! RIDING FOR DREAMS IS IN THE PEPSI REFRESH GRANT CONTEST and we NEED YOUR VOTES!
Follow the link and vote for us http://www.refresheverything.com/ridingfordreams you will need to create an account with your email and a password but after that it's easy and this link takes you right through it all! WE have found that you have 5 opportunities to vote throughout the day but cannot give us all 5 votes at one time! Sorry for that inconvenience.
If you are not computer savvy then you can easily send a text to 73774 and in the body of the text put the number 107288, through texting you can only vote 1 time each day!
This would be great if we could get this grant! The $10,000 covers our expenses for the year, that would allow us to put what we make through our fundraisers and by donations towards buying land and a building!

Having Fun Raising Funds!
That's right it is fundraiser time and we want you involved!
Our Goal = $10,000
We are having an event similar to 'jump rope for heart' and calling it our Pony Up Ride A Thon!! We are leaving it up to you, your family, your club, organization or maybe even your office on how you would like to contribute monetarily to us! Any way you would like to raise money to help support Riding for Dreams is up to you; there will be prizes awarded for each fundraising level (please see the website for an outline of the levels and a list of prizes). Prizes will be handed out when money is collected during class or at our Annual Trail Ride on September 10th.
We have a couple of Fundraisers that will be ongoing:
JoNell sells Signature Homestyles and the fundraiser will be on their Candles.. cost is $10 a piece and Riding For Dreams will be getting 50% of those profits! You have 6 scents to chose from (Warm Apple Pie, Toasted Vanilla, Sugar & Spice, Fresh Gardenia, Lemon Tart, and Ocean Breeze). You can contact Jonell @ 701-845-1236 This fundraiser will be continual throughout the summer and Jonell says that she places an order about every 3 weeks, her first order that she will be putting in for this will be May 2nd so please have your orders in by then! If you would like an order form to pass around to family members, co-workers or at church even please contact JoNell or you can contact Stacy at ridingfordreams@hotmail.com
Laura sells Thirty-One Gifts- her fundraiser will be on all of her products and 50% of these profits will come back to us. You can contact Laura at lstorhoff31@gmail.com or check out her website at www.mythirtyone.com/lstorhoff. Please contact Laura or Stacy for order forms or with any questions you may have!!
Then we have Growing Green Fundraising- This company sells Perennial Flowers and they have about 12 to pick from, plus a nice package of 50 bulbs for $30!!! Not all of the perennials are hardy for our Zone here up north but are suitable...so you may need to dig your bulbs out of the ground in the fall...a few of the flowers that they have available are Stargazer Lilies, Mixed Freesia, and Vista Hybrid Gladioli to name a few! Stacy also has order forms for these as well, and 50% of these proceeds will come back to our Riding for Dreams!! The deadline to order your flowers will be May 1st!!!

We understand this seems to be alot of fundraising but all the funds we raise are put towards program expenses, i.e buying hay for the program horses, veterinary bills, ferrier work, keeping program costs low for our riders, and towards building our own indoor riding arena! Everyone's time and efforts in this are strictly volunteer hours!! Our benefits come from seeing our riders/students excel in what they are doing!!!

Spring is in Session!
Spring is here and we are all very busy at Riding For Dreams. Our Spring classes are now underway on Tuesday evenings and we couldn't be more excited!! We are always looking for volunteers for our classes, please email Stacy if you'd like to lend us a hand. Spring classes will run Tuesdays through May 17 and then we have a little break before our Summer sessions begin June 7.
Don't forget we also offer riding lessons to everyone and anyone! The cost is $150 for 6 lessons with or without your own horse.
